Pastor A. Thomas Hill retired from IBM Corporation in 1991, after 20 years of service, dedicating himself to the work of full time ministry. He has served for four years with Promise Keepers Men's Ministry, a national movement building Christian brotherhood and integrity among men. Fulfilling the role of South Central Regional Director. He has also served as worship leader for many of the Promise Keepers seminars and rallies throughout the United States and Canada, as well as master of ceremonies at various PK stadium conferences and Pastor's Assemblies. In addition, he has taught worship seminars for Maranatha Music and the National Coalition of Men's Ministries.

Over the last twenty-five years, Pastor Hill has also given of his time and talents as a recording artist and songwriter with The Pentecostal Ambassadors and other national artists, as well as writing, acting and serving as Co-Director and Managing Director for Upon This Rock Productions, a Christian theater company located in the city of Indianapolis, Indiana and known for its annual Easter Passion Play.

Pastor Hill currently serves as senior pastor of Healing Streams Word & Worship Center, a newly birthed ministry in the heart of Indianapolis. The inaugural service for Healing Streams was held Easter Sunday, April 20, 2003, at Pike Performing Arts Center, Indianapolis.

Prior to this latest ministry call, he served for 6 years as Associate Pastor of Outreach and Foreign Affairs for Eastern Star Church, Indianapolis, working alongside Senior Pastor Jeffrey A. Johnson, Sr. Pastor Hill is a current member of Reconciliation Ministries International under the leadership of Bishop Joseph Garlington (Covenant Church of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania).

Thomas and his wife Carol (Lady Carol) presently reside in Indianapolis, Indiana, and have three sons, Carlin, Troy and Tyler and two wonderful grandsons.

Pastor Carol (affectionately called, “Lady Carol” by the Healing Streams family) is the awesome, anointed spouse of the Senior Pastor of Healing Streams Word and Worship Center, A. Thomas Hill.  Together they are a dynamic couple with a supernatural love for God and people.  Carol has ministered and counseled with Pastor Hill in many areas relating to marriage and family over the years.  Together they continue to host for the Trinity Broadcasting Network, and facilitate marriage workshops. 

Since the birth of Healing Streams Word and Worship Center, Carol has served in various areas of ministry.  She serves as the leader of the GAP Intercessor Prayer Ministry, crying out for the unsaved as well as for those in the Body of Christ. She also serves on the worship team, as a counselor ministering to the broken, and as a teacher, sharing the Word and heart of God. As leader of the Wellsprings Women's Ministry, she encourages and exhorts women through the Word of God and her testimonies, and as overseer of Christian Education, she desires to see children and adults grow in the knowledge of God through clear and precise teaching and study of the Word of God.

Carol has a heart of compassion and an unconditional love for people that is likened to a shepherd and his sheep.  Heeding to the call as an intercessor, she has taught a weekly study on prayer and intercession.  Carol, since the start of the Drive-By Prayer Vigils, has actively participated in taking her love, concern, and prayer to the streets of Indianapolis.

She owned and operated Cuddles Christian Childcare, a family daycare business, for 11 years before shutting its doors in 2003 and entering into full-time ministry.  While operating the daycare ministry she completed a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Development from Martin University in Indianapolis, Indiana and graduated with honors as Summa Cum Laude.

Carol and Pastor Hill have been married 32 years and they continually strive to embody God's design for marriage in their own lives before the people of God. They are the proud parents of three sons, Carlin (and wife Rasolyn), Troy, and Tyler.  They are also the beaming grandparents of Carlin Jr. and Caiden Hill.

Tyler Hill | Youth Pastor | Email

Pastor Tyler currently serves as Youth Pastor and leader of the Creative Media ministry. He is dedicated to equipping youth to radically advance and engage the Kingdom of God on high school and college campuses. Two years of college ministry and outreach has prepared him to deliver biblical truth clearly and relevantly. Recently ordained in August of 2009, Tyler is driven to see the life and power of the Gospel demonstrated and a realized in his generation.

His vision is to raise and equip an army of mission-minded youth and young adults who are committed to going public with their faith in the face of opposition and intimidation. Tyler's passion is to see believers partner with the Holy Spirit and become the 'living proof' of God, witnesses to His Love through godly living that accompanies a supernatural lifestyle. He lives by Isaiah 40:9 - To simply, "Make God known to the nations!" His heart is to see this generation know the love of God and live an abundant, adventurous life in pursuit of the Glory of God.
